Why "FireRemodel"?
The name is the business model. Fire — we handle the emergency: board-up, smoke and soot cleanup, odor elimination, water mitigation, and the insurance documentation that protects your claim. Remodel — we're general contractors who rebuild what was lost, and who help you upgrade while the walls are open, when improvements cost a fraction of stand-alone remodel prices.
The industry splits those halves between different companies, and homeowners pay for the gap — stalled projects, disputed scopes, and a "restored" house that still smells like smoke because the cleanup crew and the rebuild crew each assumed the other handled it. We closed the gap by being both.
How We Work

Every loss gets a written, photo-backed assessment before anything else — because your insurance claim is scoped from what's documented, and you only get one first impression with an adjuster.
Tell the truth about scope
If your loss is small enough to handle without us, we'll say so. If a public adjuster would earn their fee on your claim, we'll say that too. Trust is the only durable marketing in this business.
Finish
The job isn't done at "clean." It's done when the permits are closed, the odor test passes with the house sealed and heated, and your family is moved back in. That's the standard we schedule to.
