Genuinely unsalvageable: melted plastics, foam furniture saturated with smoke, and food/medications exposed to heat or smoke. We assess item-by-item rather than sweeping whole rooms into a dumpster.
How does the contents portion of my claim work?
Your policy's personal-property coverage pays to clean what's restorable and replace what isn't. The itemized inventory is everything: without it you're reconstructing your possessions from memory months later. Our room-by-room photo inventory becomes the claim's backbone.
Where do my belongings go during restoration?
To a secure contents facility where they're cleaned, deodorized, and stored in labeled, inventoried containers until your rebuild is complete. You can request specific items back at any time.
Can smoke-damaged electronics be saved?

What about photos and important documents?

Do you provide the inventory even for items that are total losses?
